What to include in your message

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

• What you were trying to do - The action or feature you were using
• What you expected - What should have happened
• What happened instead - The actual result or error message
• When it happened - Approximate date and time
• Device information - iPhone/Android, app version if known

What NOT to include

For your security, please do not send:

• Passwords or sign-in credentials
• Authentication tokens or session tokens
• QR codes or QR token values
• Unnecessary child personal information
• Screenshots containing sensitive information

Response time

We aim to respond to support requests within 1-2 business days. Complex issues may take longer to investigate and resolve.
